Tymeless Tattoo was created by distinguished tattoo artist Kyle Proia and opened in 2009. Kyle’s vision was to create an environment where you felt like you were going into a spa rather than a typical tattoo shop. The calming sound of our indoor Koi pond and comfortable antique furniture make your waiting time a breeze. We pride ourselves in providing relaxing dual environments with a very accommodating staff whether you are in the lobby at our front counter or the tattoo area in the hands of an artist.
Kyle Proia is an award winning tattoo artist specializing in realistic/portrait work. Kyle has been a part of the Syracuse area tattoo scene for over 20 years now.
Todd is an award winning, traveling traditional tattoo artist. He has 20 years of industry experience and over 10 years as a professional artist.
Jim has been tattooing in the greater Central New York area for over 15 years. He has experience with many different styles of art and tattoos, however, he prefers to work with vibrant colors and bolds lines.
All my life I’ve been an artist. I was born with a paintbrush in one hand and a marker in the other. It was later in life that I applied my talent and skills to tattooing.
Shane Trevett became a tattoo artist 10 years ago when he started his apprenticeship at The Shamens Den in Binghamton, NY under the guidance of Shawn Vanoven.
Sara Monster is a graduate of SUNY Potsdam with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts with a Concentration in oil painting. She has been tattooing for 9 years with a focus on B/G floral pieces, galaxy themed pieces, script work and small white ink tattoos.
Tom has been an artist in the greater Syracuse area for over 25 years. Tom has mainly focused on graphic design, illustration and painting. Tom enjoys tattooing illustrative, color, eccentric and custom designs.
Joshua Heckert has been tattooing for 16 years. He has tattooed throughout the country and in Europe. His well versed in all styles but has a strong pull towards American traditional and illustrative styles. He has been with tymeless since 2014.
Jay Swasey is a new artist from CNY who enjoys line work designs, script, traditional, and ignorant style tattoos!

A Syracuse native, Janell began her journey in body modification at a local shop in 2010. Being pierced wrong a few times by two different shops, she finally found one person that would pierce her correctly. Arthur Hayes was well known in the area for his work and comic relief. Her piercing apprenticeship went as any other but with higher expectations. Ready to learn and prove her worth, Janell went above and beyond for The Angry Banana. Overtime Janell was ready for a change and she moved to Tymeless in November of 2021 where she is able to just completely focus on just her work as a professional body piercer. Janell goes above and beyond to make everyone comfortable enough to get through the discomfort of a piercing as much as possible. Firm but gentle, quick and concise. You will be sure to have a great experience with her. “My mentor taught me well and I owe it all to him. Rest in peace my friend, I love you.”
